Since I seem to be the designated "go to" person when things get a little testy, I sent off an email because I feel we do need some sort of communication one way or the other on a regular basis. I think the last 8k mentioned a possible shareholder conference call, which I highly endorse. Meantime here is what I got back so far:
In response to your inquiry. Let me be clear here. I am no longer on the decision committee but what I do know all is fine at the company. They are preparing to close on the land but to close on the land requires a topographical survey and the phase 1. All of which is almost completed. The coal is in Germany and the shareholders will be updated shortly. Everyone needs to take a break and breathe.
My position is very simple. If people want to sell let them, PLEASE get out so that we do not have to deal with their B# anymore. The fact is that Global is behind us and they do not fail. You were on a conference call with Sam so you know.
Tell all of the %$#@!*& to sell sell sell sell and all those shares will be sucked up. BYE BYE to everyone, please. They will be doing us a favor.
Also, I am done with the ^%$# *&@? on the message boards. They know NOTHING...... If they did they would not be on a public message board. Got It.
