This part sounded like spin.

When the real issue was the analysis is only done on SEC reports so there was no indication that Investrend wasn't able to get credible (if any) information from the company. They require the SEC docs for the analysis and they don't exist. Dumb move on the part of Veltex and Investrend...but this is water under the bridge.
