It's not just words my friend. Actually the prospective partner paid a considerable amount



$4m is not considerable. I'll be honest with you, i know nothing about TTNP and after reading that odd PR i don't really want to know anything more about them.
Just referring back to the partner signing imminent statement by management, i'll go out on a limb and say they've made such statements before and nothing ever transpired. Just a guess. Hope it works out for you.
