Always track the market cap. For ELAY, we can pretty much assume that there has been some dilution so for arguments sake, let's pretend the OS is now 350Million, that would only make the market cap be: $1.575Million. I doubt the OS has had a chance to get over 300million, so the market cap for that is: $1.35Million. I believe that ELAY is worth at least 10 million, that would put my estimate of worth at almost .03 per share. I know my figure is high, my low estimate is 5 million which puts the share price at .015 which we already hit during the last run. Fair value is: .0225.
