That's a matter of interpretation but the SEC has no manpower anyway. I have other stocks I'm in and have become bored with this one. Like I said, I don't like a company that puts out no PR's and treats it's shareholders like crap. If I can get even most likely I'll sell or try for a small profit. Not a long termer for me. I don't like how they operate or do business.
