EPROM-Glad you decided to come back early.

The independent auditor signs the report and would be held accountable. I believe you are right, the figures aren't what NWAU/NAUG wanted to see. Could now be the reason for the delay. NWAU/NAUG may have been using incorrect accounting methods. There could be a lot of reasons.

Bottom line, the more delays, the more this issue is going to drop.
