what really worries me is this bank charter nonsense etc

i would like you to remind the board ie ceo etc
that this stockholder hopes that the board has
good D&O insurance

WHY?

if a strong cash settlement is rejected because of
lack of charter I for one would be upset

I also think our law firm the bk judge and Amy would not
be too happy either
