I don't know if IVAN is a buy here.
They haven't completed anything yet except losing endeavors.

That being said, since I am already a bagholder
I would buy (gamble) and probably will buy before EOY
if pps stays here for awhile longer
ONLY on the fact that I hope the deal with Shell will go through before the EOY. Plus the downside is not to big. I don't think IVAN is going to the price of something like VSPC anytime soon!
