I actually work for this company. They are very sound financially I can say and the pps drop is a direct effect of the slow down in construction and housing.
IMO this is a great entry point, and if you are willing to hold shares for awhile, maybe up to a year, I believe you will see significant gains, as the housing and construction industry is showing signs of growth, slow and steady. ARC is also venturing in to new areas of business also.
They will be fine, just be patient.
