EPROM, at least the Houston Texans don't issue conflicting press releases! LOL! I'm not suggesting that Scott needs to give specifics regarding the audited data. But, he should at least disclose, in general terms, the cause fior the delay. For example, we would all feel better if he said something like this: "Last week, we confidently anticipated that the audited financials would be released by today. Since then, we have discovered that there is an honest dispute between our audit versus the independent auditor. We will meet with the independent auditor on October 25. All parties have expressed confidence that the issues will be resolved. etc."
