Well as with many parting of the ways (like any divorce) there is the public 'on the record' statements and the behind the seems 'off the record, here is what really happened' piece. We may never truly know the details with any certainty.




I agree we may never know and we don't need to know the details. My guess is that Merdi has plenty of reasons for not wanting the whole story to get out - after all they still need to sell so why expose their shortcomings. Jim was in his legal rights to walk away and he has done that, like a gentleman, without exposing the problems he uncovered. Merdi is certainly the loser here.
