Are they issuing shares to cover debt they owe? If so then that should help with the bottom line. However, those shares will be sold heavily with no regard for the PPS. Decline setting up for a bounce? Their were periods they the day where things were stale. Seems if people were trying to wait out to see who fold first the buyers or sellers. Buyers won.
