An American major sold to the National Indian company several billion barrels in the ground for a little over $4 this week. It was somewhere like Kasakstan. KH has always said $6-$10 in the ground in Kenya.....he doesn't have much credibility in my eyes any more, so I would go with the $4 figure to be on the safe side.
