And like I clearly stated without parsing words...I sell stock when I need money. I'm not selling MDMN to flip it...not that there is anything wrong with that. And yes, like anyone who invests in the stock market, I pay capital gains on every sale I make that is above my original cost basis. And the MDMN stock I've sold over the past few years has a cost basis under .02 per share so I plan on paying capital gains on my MDMN sales for several years going forward.

Not sure what your point is.
