I think it will eventually run but not until there is a steady flow of news available to support a run. First thing that is needed is to see this symbol change happen, of which I am now starting to feel like I did back in Summer where it was supposed to happen any day and yet each day comes and goes with nothing. Fingers crossed we see something soon.
