Just completed reading the latest SEC Suspension from Trading List.

RayStoleMyInvestment was not on it.

One of the companies was suspended because it hadn't reported since 2009. When was the last filing by RSMI?

The SEC has been a failure under Mary Schapiro just as it has been a failure for decades. If they could find one company to suspend from trading, why is it that RSMI is still trading?

Do they have a lottery drawing to see which company gets suspended from time-to-time just to prove that they are still somewhat on the job? Funny regulation. All IMHO.
