He was the director and position of president is with Brian Smith. Well Brian Smith has all positions, he seems over qualified LOL.

8K already filed for his resignation as director. There is no need to file another one. Spoke to my attorney friend and she confirmed it.

Well both Arunz are out long time ago. Only seems we were hoping for a miracle and back to reality now with two nobodies running a nothing company backed by SEC convicted crook Leslie Greyling and his son Clinton Greyling.
