maybe, but this will go a long way to satisfying one of the DMRJ convenants under the new financing agreement and will show, at the very least, even without any other sales, a huge increase to revenues y/y and q/q when reported next spring. it sets a good base going forward. also shows how thorough they are at Implant, as the Indian Ministry of Defense really made them jump thru hoops.
