What do you mean by feature yields? Do you mean that the feature is there, but it is disabled?

Not quite so, Joe. The circuitry of the feature is on the die, but not every die passes all tests for the feature at wafersort-stage. Current designs for manufacturabiliy take this into account and allow fuse-outs for different feature-sets.
