IMO Frank will never pass a official audit and don't really care if he passes he is building a network to SELL look at his past track record.When Frank has all the carriage contracts lined up and running we are up for sale and it will be huge money, will the share holders be compensated will be the (Q)estion?????????????????????????????

One should not increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of entities required to explain anything
