regarding itron, how will this work?

i am trying to sort out what we are waiting for next in terms of itron. are we waiting for itron to release sales numbers of the centron meter. or are we waiting for infrax to report how many cards it has sold to itron. could it be that infrax receives nothing in terms of cash until these meters start to move??? i was just thinking about that and i don't know what to expect.

if you think of it like microchips. let's say hypothetically Intel makes and sells 20 million chips last year. they just book the sales and everyone sees what they did. their numbers aren't based off of how many computers dell or HP sell, just on their chips. (this is obviously a simple analogy)

this shouldnt or cant be too much different for infrax, but i don't know. as a listed partner, itron has to have their hands on the technology, but what are we waiting for now?
