Here's the reality - there is obviously interest in WTWO as .0013 is getting hit - VFIN has a hidden wall up (most likely only a million or so shares at 13's

Once that wall gets taken out this runs back to .002's and some are worried that they won't be able to load up for 100% profits before it does!
