The Kat Companies are NOT a scam - in any way!!

The management and Boards are honest men under attack from MM's not wanting to cover IOU shares.

ShareHolders are doing just that holding tightly onto shares. No amount of prodding has been able to loosen shares. No one wants to lose the BVIG shares, they are payment for the sold claims.

All await and expect approval of S-1 could be any day now!!
