The market cap is 3.25 million. The value of Brittannia is 700 million. The value of the gold on the leases could be worth up to 500,000,000.00 at 3 g/t, which equals a total value of 1.203 billion dollars. $ 1.203/1.8shares = .67. I don't know when they will drill the first test hole in the ground and if there is 7 grams per ton gold It is worth the same as Kinross. They are along way from minning but exploration will come after the merger. So in closing .63 c per share is a concervative price with a .04 cent discount to the company's value.
