yes they are both at the Guangzhou Market. My impression is WSPS1 is on the ground floor only and WC2 is on Floor 2 and 3 b/c the lot numbers overlap. Maybe you saw both on your visit in Sep? I am glad they really nailed that critical market, leaving no chance for any competitor to slip in.
