Heads UP
GTE post, for those that don't follow GTE TA board or main board. I've been in & out and loved GTEL for 2 years +/-. IMO it's always been a good company, but often a bad stock. Looks like it's become a good company & good stock the past 4 days.

After over 4 months GTE had a confirmed buy, 4 days ago, the 17th. Many positive things have come into view since the 10th. I've been out on a long lump loss 40%, since $2.45. Re-cooped my loss elsewhere and been waiting to get back in.

Take a look GTE.

I started my entry plan and am already 3/4 back in, in only 4 days. If you haven't seen my trading plan you can read it at;
http://www.atomicbobs.com/index.php?mode=read&id=75579

Basically a 25% swing play in 4 steps, 1/4 at DMI buy confirmation, 1/4th 5% up or down from first, 1/4th 10% up or down from second, and the last 1/4th 5% up or down from third. Sell when each buy reaches 25% profit or 12.5% loss, in in steps, out in steps.

Haven't posted about my trading style or plans in some time. Though it would be a good time to bring it up for those that haven't heard it.

I trade on number, once I enter and I always know exactly how much profits or losses to expect during the entire process. Sounds boring, but removes stress and emotional error. Once I enter I really don't care about TA & chart pattern or PRs & business execution, because I am working a business plan, not trading stock. Add/close positions when target %'s reached.

If I take a long position, I use TA, chart pattern, business execution, & PRs to re-evaluate my long postion, along the hold period. But if nothing drastic happens to make me change from long, to swing. I go for 100%/50% profit/loss. Rarely hit 50% loss, because something changes my mind before that.

Darn TNOG, oil plays suck, sometimes it takes too long to reach the bottom of a hole. LOL Nothing changed my mind on that one. Loss 50% and working my loss back up elsewhere now. Hope to be ready for re-entry before the bottomless pit reaches bottom. LOL
