If all things with MMTE and CLIL were legit then yes these agreements would be disclosed to the shareholders; however, the fact of the matter is there are plenty of legal 'outs' for MMTE and CLIL to part ways and not have to disclose all information (IE financials!)

So based on this common sense dictates to me if everything were legit there would be much more 'openness' to letting this information be known.

Think about things in another way - if one were lying (and not wanting to be caught) about something they would provide very little information and not specific details because details get you caught.
