I take this post to mean you still believe Liebs is legit and everything is great except the PPS?

The problem is MMTE only has concessions and part of those agreements very likely includes some form of stipulation (IE production within X months or contract is null and void). Even if Liebs manages to pull in some money there is legitimately no possible way that MMTE will ever see production with these concessions.
