What struck me as odd is OTC Markets never picked up the press release. I'd be very interested in knowing if they saw it and held back publishing it on their site until they received a second opinion.

For that matter, iHub never published the PR either. In addition by about 10:30am or so (before the first news of the PR being fake came out) iHub had removed ICOA from its Breakout Board.

So both OTC Markets and iHub had to have some inkling that something wasn't right.
