As it has been said many times before on this board: Frank has lost his credibility with all the common share holders. With his loss of credibility, his act of laying blame on the MMs for stock manipulation when he was in fact diluting and the basic that he lacks a professional persona in the public eye- HE needs to step down in order for this company to progress!! I commend him for taking it this far but for the future of the company as well as the shreholders, It is time to hand over the reigns
