thanks man it clearly states "Authorized Shares" so anyone trying to scare you people into thining MJNA diluted shares is either short or trying to get the price lower to buy in. They did not dilute shares since they are not issued outstanding shares only as authorized collateral for the Loc

now the new question i see they went from 750 to 950 authorized so how many shares are outstanding is there a link or anywhere to go to find out the outstanding shares history?
