They way I see it... They already bought in and don't have anymore money to buy in with. At least thats the case with me. If i had more dry powder it would be going here. There is money to be made here. Patience is the key. Everybody wants 150% the day they buy in. Thats silly, do dd, check your charts an make a smart decision and wait.
