You know, I was just thinking the same thing. I just came on the board, and saw the news about board members being selected, and what was the first thing that was commented on?

You guessed it, $60,000 compensation.

Really? The prospects that open up as a result of independent directors, and the best item that can be gleaned from this announcement is a lowly negative one.

Simply amazing.

Hate to say it, but it speaks volumes on the (lack of) credibility that finds its way onto this board.
