From the Jan 10, 2012 PR:

Action Products International, Inc. (OTC Pink: APII) and Core Wafer Systems, Inc. are announcing it has received almost $4M in 2012 contracts for PDQ-WARp and PDQ-WLR product lines within its semiconductor business unit.

From today's "Discussion and Analysis":

Year to date sales are approximately $195,000 with current sales orders in excess of $230,000.

What happened to the $4M in 2012 contracts?

Also, from the Jan 10, 2012 PR:

CWS has been deeply involved with the Front End Processes (FEP) program and has completed development of WARp, an Expert System, which is a tool set to perform submicron reliability tests.

Completed. I'm confused. Does that word mean something other than "finished making"? According to today's "Discussion and Analysis," CWS needs another $1.9 million to complete the new releases.

Btw, does that $10 million price tag on the intellectual property - which no one would buy now because they'd be acquiring the $500,000 owed to Sandia Technologies, which can refile in NM court unlike CWS which can't - does that asset valuation take into account that the intellectual property isn't currently deliverable?
