You have simply regurgitated all that has been said in a series of PR's for several years now. I hope you are right but I think you are wrong to belive all the PR's when the only independent information is the reality that the SEC put them out of the Pinks, into the Gray's and the company has not released a single piece of information since 9/17 when they acknowledged this happened and said they hired a law firm to find out the specifics. Since that time they have not announced the hiring of an auditor, the only road back to Pinks or further uplisting. They don't need to report any sales data in my opinion to give me some hope that they will truly remain in business, they simply could state that an auditor has been hired and provided a projected date for the completion of the audit. The only conclusion I can draw from this is that if the numbers are audited they will have to recant almost all the revenue booked as the accounting policies and procedures for revenue recongition were too aggressive as they booked up huge revenue numbers based on the purported value of future production and sales.

My daily post. Unfortunately, I think the end is very near for KMAG and I am sorry to see it as I belived a lot of the information. Pinks are risky, but the risk should be limited to betting on future technology or innovation that might never make it to production, that is the risk I expected to take, not that the company would aggressively missreport its activities, financially. I can accept the risk of entrepenurial enterprise, cannot accept the risk of scrupulous inviduvals.
