Shareholders have lost nearly their entire investment with this scam- over 1:2000 in reverse splits.

The last one alone wiped out 90% of shareholder's holdings.

But be happy, CDEx is temporarily debt-free.

Do you think that CDEx's vendors have put them on a Net 30 or COD?
