Well, I think it's good that it will be there. Yes, I agree they wasted a lot of time and lawyer fees just to see where the BK will be held, but it will be better for the company in St. Louis than WV area. Their main HQ is there and since its a major city area, it will be easier for all lawyers and everyone else to go there, rather than WV.

I think its a smart move, but it would have been "better" if it stayed in NY. But we all know they were trying to pull a fast one by keeping it in NY and the judge saw right through that BS.
