Buyout tomorrow - how long has this been going on?

It started back in September - if you do a search of the SRGE board you will see how this came about - it started with the fake press release:

Southridge Enterprises Inc. (SRGE.PK) ("Southridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with San Dimas Mineria S.A. to acquire a 100% interest in the El Horconcito Gold Mine, in the state of Durango, Mexico.

As usual SRGE mentioned Goldcorp was located nearby and then it was Goldcorp was buying SRGE.
