What you and every one else who hasn't gotten your shares yet should do is call your broker and complain. Then call PWEID's transfer agent and complain.

A couple traders I know said they got their shares within a few days of the split -- but they have Interactive Brokers and Capstone Investments, not standard retail brokers. Still, there is no reason for brokers to be this slow.
