Fannie Mae Preferred S (FNMAS)

This is where the preferreds are different from the commoners. I'm a taxpayers so I'll be happy when taxpayers are paid back.

I'm a preferred holder and we'll be paid back as soon as the cash flows are there to do so, or, better yet, they'll restore our dividends. It makes little sense to have C rated preferred stock so they'll either buy us out at RV or restore our dividends.

I don't own the commons.
