I'm sure no one here has ever been misled by a CEO who says there is no dilution and later find out there has been massive dilution.

No saying that here, but there is one huge dark cloud keeping a lid on any upward movement.

Are they allowing the transfer agent to release current outstanding share #'s?


Most OTC stocks use the dilution R/S Dilution business plan as a way to draw a paycheck so they never have to work for a living.

Once again, not saying that's the case here.

This stock is down 50% over the last 2-3 weeks and anyone who trusted the CO and not sold is way underwater.

Something is not right..
