Because if buying in at .009 you might be able to make a profit off of this SCAM. If you buy in any higher, you will never make a profit. Anyone can buy high and sell low. Thats what most will do with this SCAM. WTWO will make you buy high sell low. People will buy high then get scared when the MM's drop the PPS and sell.
