It will gain Jeffy nothing to issue anything. He has 3 choices:

Issue a Sep monthly sales which are bogus just like the Jun&Jul sales. Result: The SEC would suspend the stock a second time, and Reid would be in deeper doo-doo with the SEC.

or

Issue a Sep monthly stating revenue was maybe $100K based on royalties, indicating most went into his own pocket as the patent holder. Real exciting news for stockholders ... NOT!

or

Continue in a cone of silence issuing nothing. Concentrating instead along with his lawyers on cutting a deal with the SEC, and avoiding later criminal charges by the NY AG. Blow the stockholders off, by telling them he'll get around to issuing something "upon completion", an undefined time frame of 1-3 yrs.

I wonder which course he is going to follow...
