I latched onto ARNA in the 'under $2.00 a share' days. I turned my shares once, bought back, and have liquidated 25% of my holdings (college tuition - six kids.....) with the intention of holding the rest as a 'long'. I would love to buy and sell daily as some do here on the dips - just don't have the time to day trade with a full time position that requires too much attention.
I have seen folks post on many boards in anticipation of the MOASS - and the topic of shorts appears here on the ARNA board constantly. So, has anyone ever been in a stock where the MOASS actually happened, and folks were able to ride the tide to huge profits? Does anyone really think this will happen with ARNA, or do most consider the more likely result will be manipulation until the shorts cover, then ARNA PPS will go its way based on the 'usual' business results (sales, profitability, etc.). Again, I am long, and intend to hold until I think I cannot squeeze another penny out of what has been a very profitable stock. Just very interested to see what some of you think.
TIA
