The corporate status has been revoked: http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=SXsCIVXSBTIL7hJNooGWEA%253d%253d&nt7=0

EDEP (i.e., ELDORADO EXPLORATION INC.) technically no longer exists, although it could be reinstated. I am not sure how that works under Nevada law, but it is not difficult under the laws of the states that I know. For example, the Nevada Secretary of State's website says that the outstanding fees needed to pay for reinstatement are only $1800: http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/FeeDetails.aspx?ctok=SXsCIVXSBTIL7hJNooGWEA%253d%253d

If that second link works, it also has a link to a reinstatement packet: http://nvsos.gov/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=636

I am an amateur at this, and it would be unwise to rely on my opinions without your own independent confirmation in consultation with an investment professional.
