NBRI - seems to be a true fight between the bulls and the bears, with bears on this board having quite a daily, even hourly interest and delight in the difficulty of trying to get a junior gold explorer / potential near term gold producer off the ground. In saying this, I must admit that I am a calculated risk, optimistic type of person regarding NBRI, in for the long haul so to speak.

However, regarding the bears on this board, I am unable to understand why they seem to have such an intense interest in this stock. They are either short, (that's how they make like to make their money), or else they like the potential of company and want to drive the price down to enable buying as cheaply as possible, then to admit that they bought at some low price and will say what great traders they are etc etc...

Yes it is certainly true that some some have bought this stock at higher prices and are having to weather this part of the journey or bail which is understandably difficult, but to delight in the commiserations or frustrations of these people is somehow cowardly in my book, but I guess (as they say) it takes all kinds to make a world. For me it is not in my character to put down these people or a CEO who I believe gives their best for the interest of all shareholders.

If things are not going as I thought they should and I'm not happy, I will sell and go elsewhere, but not hang around and bash a stock daily for months. Why would anyone do that???

I acknowledge there is risk associated with purchasing North Bay shares at this juncture at a point where we have considerable obligations but for me it is risk that I have been willing to take and I take my hat of to the CEO for all his efforts to date. Mining precious metals is certainly not an easy undertaking and is a costly business. Until we have solid income we are like any struggling business operating on credit, the majority of people here understand this fact. We are not shareholders for nothing - we are here to help build the company. If I doesn't work, well we have no one to blame but ourselves as it was our calculated risk to begin with. Personally I like the upside and have factored the downside - that's why I'm here. GLTA
