Please keep the PPS right here for another couple of days. I will be buying a couple hundred thousand shares of ICPA as long as we are still under .003 on Wednesday and more on Friday. Bargain basement prices as Steve builds this monster. Nothing is guaranteed in the pinky world but ICPA is a real company generated real revenues with real relationships with major companies. This is just the beginning in my opinion. No pumper here, just do the research and form your own opinion on this investment. My opinion...ICPA is a GEM.
