I read the whole thing - I can't believe this guy is still walking the streets..... even more amazing is that the SEC has failed to shut him down with a $2million judgement from another government entitiy, the FDIC.

I think Charlie, Martha and daughter Dawn should be locked up for the fraud they commited.

I'm glad to see at least a couple of people(the trustee and WF lawyer) are doing their jobs and doing them professionally.
