the shorts have the power to continually conduct bear raids and steal near-term



Real positive news will embolden the institutions. You may have noticed that the bear raids are not as effective. They are only allowed to be as effective as the institutions allow them in the absence of significant news. Once we start getting events , final judgement, more lawsuits, news on ZTE front. The shorts will not be able to drive this down in fact it will be in
the institutions interests to move this up. ONce we cross the $5 threshold and stay there its game over for the shorts....
