71% of my shares were bought over a year ago, so if we settled this year I can get a long term capital gain on most of the shares, just in the nick of time before the taxes go up. Fingers crossed, things seem to be looking up now, though I have had hope before and the case dragged on so still ready to hold this another year if need be.
